How do I get started with a wholesale account?
Simply submit an application to join our wholesale program, and our team will review it and get back to you shortly with next steps.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all states within the United States and can also ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers.
What payment methods do you accept on retail sales?
For first-time customers, we typically accept ACH or wire transfer. Once the first PO is completed, we are able to accept credit card payments as well.
Can you help me with ungating?
Account is assigned a dedicated account manager who works directly with you and your sto stoess to the ungating section of your Amazon Seller Central account. With that access, we’ll take the necessary steps and provide the required documentation to help you get ungated as smoothly as possible.
Will I have an account manager specifically for my store?
Yes. Each approved account is assigned a dedicated account manager who works directly with you and your store. They will be your main point of contact for product sourcing, orders, ungating support, and day-to-day questions to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you accept returns on wholesale products?
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing and the fact that orders are tailored to specific client requests, all wholesale sales are considered final and we are not able to accept returns.
